Didn't like anything, except cleanliness.

The front desk staff was polite, particularly Lisa, who truly stood out with her kindness. I loved the clean rooms. That cleanliness did make a significant difference. The indoor pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, there were several issues that marred the stay. I requested coffee cups for two days without any response. It’s frustrating to deal with a breakfast that isn’t included, and the wait to get food really cut into my morning routine. The lack of towels was the biggest downside. I was baffled when asking for towels and told to go chase down housekeeping instead. There was also a major noise disturbance from the room above, which impacted the peace. It’s clear that management needs to pay attention to guest concerns and improve their communication.

this hotel was an absolute disaster, the indoor pool was freezing, literally nobody bothered to fix it. the breakfast is nonexistent for part of the week, and when we finally got it, the food was cold! woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary upgrade after all the trouble, but i guess that's too much to expect. hilarious!

Disappointing Experience with Staff and Amenities

We expected a family-friendly environment, but rude staff interactions overshadowed our stay. The lack of basic amenities like soap and towels was frustrating. We even encountered a wild possum in the parking lot! Checking out at 11 AM with no flexibility made things worse. Avoid at all costs.
